Fitcation is so close! Which means there has been hazing, which I haven’t expected.
By hazing, I mean daily workouts assigned by @MrBookieboo, and you can see them by searching the #fitcation12 hashtag on Twitter if you’d like to add a little butt-kick to your day.
I also did a little write-up on Fitcation if you’re not totally sure what it is or how unbelievably awesome it will be.
In the meantime, I’ve been preparing by keeping up on hazing workouts, quick jogs when I can squeeze them in, LOTS of fresh cooking, and play time with the munchkin. I even dragged my sister out for a quick 2K jog this morning. She hasn’t run in pretty much forever, so we did some intervals, but thus far, she seems to be surviving.
*pant pant* Can’t find inhaler.
See? Surviving.
So that’s about it. I’m SUPER excited for tonight’s virtual slumber party! I have my nail polish & p-jam-jams all ready to go, so I’ll se you guys there?
